One of the strange things about people is they are always ready to be in contact when things don't please them. I think it equally important to let you know when things do please us. You need to know when you are 'doing it right'.
I recently flew from Port Macquarie to Brisbane on the Virgin codeshare (VA2980 on the 25th July) with my 6 month old. I was extremely nervous as it was my first time travelling with my baby & was on my own. The 2 ladies working in the cabin were so lovely & made me feel completely at ease, they honestly went above & beyond so I just wanted to send a quick email so that you could pass on my thanks!

Just got home after taking your flight this afternoon VA2910 from GLT to BNE. As a veteran of this journey (typically once a fortnight but sometimes weekly) I can honestly say this flight was my best experience ever.
The head cabin crew lady was wonderful and really seemed to enjoy her job, the food was great, the Fokker 70 is a nice plane to fly in and even when we landed the ground staff and flight crew had us moving quickly off the plane. A fabulous all round effort. You guys are great and I will be instructing our travel bookers to use Alliance as a preferred option moving forward.

To the cabin crew and pilots on the 14th 12:20 Virgin/ Alliance Airlines flight from Brisbane to Emerald, thank you so much for making my grandsons maiden flight one he will never forget. To say you guys were awesome would be an understatement.

On the morning of 9th July I was booked to fly from Brisbane to Rockhampton (09:00 take-off I think). Anyway, I was delighted to see a Fokker 100 at the gate. The tail reminded me of watching BOAC VC10s as a kid - I like your logo…I suppose I expected to see a fairly aged/run down interior, but what a surprise! It was like new! Very clean. The crew were great throughout the short flight. I had forgotten how quiet the cabin is with rear-engine mounted airplanes - such a pleasure after 18 hours of the howl of 777 engines reverberating through the cabin….So thank you for the memory of one of my favourite airplanes.

Our flight with Alliance was on Sunday morning at 1040hrs departing Rockhampton to Brisbane. I would like to thank the wonderful cabin crew for being so wondering on our flight and the fantastic pilots for allowing my 5 year old son and his classmate to take a look in the cockpit after the flight had landed and get a photo (with their pilot hats on) with one of the pilots.
My son has 74 toy planes and lives and breeds aircrafts. All he's ever wanted to be is a pilot and he talks about becoming a pilot when he's older to anyone he meets. Any family member who travels away on a plane must send him a photo of the plane! He loves them, so this really did make his day... or life!

Big shout out to the fantastic engagement and service provided by Kelly and Mackenzee on the Rockhampton to Brisbane flight VA1246 at 1410 today. From the welcoming smiles, to the positive interaction to all passengers throughout the flight, the ladies delivered consummate professionalism, in a supportive, approachable way.
Currently I fly for work 3 weeks a month throughout Queensland and across Australia and Europe over the last 20 years for business; this is the 1st time I have ever provided feedback on a flight experience. Kelly and Mackenzee’s approach, was 1st class; demonstrating their passion and pride in an extremely refreshing manner. Absolutely the most outstanding experience on a flight, since the old Ansett days.
Congratulations ladies, continue to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding professionalism.

Thanks for a great flight Mackay to Brisbane. Great aircraft, very pleasant friendly service plus what a change a snack box that actually had sensible food. You definitely put the other Two to shame.

Just did a flight recently from Emerald to Brisbane on a Virgin ticket and must say I was impressed with your Fokker jet. What a great jet plane and far better than the Bombardier Q300/400 that am used to flying to Roma. Your plane was quick, quiet and great seats. Good crew too.

Kudos to the captain of Alliance flight QQ3215 (Olympic Dam to Adelaide) landing us in crazy wild winds last night (29.09.16) at 1845 - put us down as if there wasn't a breath of air out there! Different story (trying) to walk from the plane across the tarmac...nearly got blown off my feet back to Roxby!

I would like to say how great your staff are. I was on the flight that was diverted to Whyalla. The cabin crew were great and handled everything. Plus it was great to get water and food while waiting for the new flight. Very happy.
Just did a flight with you guys under Virgin ticket from Mt Isa to Brisbane and I’d like to comment on your friendly staff.
I just wanted to send you a brief email thanking your wonderful hostesses Hannah and Samara (particularly Hannah) for their outstanding service and help in my flight on Friday up to Cloncurry from Brisbane and the return that day. They (as above, Hannah in particular) went above and beyond the call of duty, and assisted me with some duties in introducing some VIP passengers that day, and attending to all questions about Cloncurry Airport. This is in addition to their wonderful service. Once again, well done!
I've been flying in and out with you guys for over five years now, nearly six! And more often than not the service is up to spec, faultless even. This flight out, QQ738 24th Oct was different, somehow. Admittedly it wasn't a full flight though I doubt it'd make a difference if it were full. Shannen and Aleisha had things really organised, running and under control right from the start with constant smiles and answered each request rapidly and worked really well as a team. Give them my thanks, they've made the flight home a pleasant one (the Captain and flight crew didn’t do a bad job either!) and envisage a flight to work with these two would definitely start the swing off in a positive note.

I have been flying for work for nearly 20 years, so I have come in contact with a lot of airline workers. I usually wouldn't comment, but today I will. Yesterday I travelled from Darwin to Townsville and I was lucky enough to have the best hostess ever. Dianne is the most cheerful, helpful hostess that I have ever flown with. I watched as Di attended to each and every one with her friendly demeanour and smile. These days I find people only comment when negative things happen, so I thought why not send a positive comment. Congratulations Alliance, you have an awesome employee! I look forward to flying with you in the future!

I just wanted to write to you to say what a wonderful weekend we had spending time with Michael and his friend Geordie. It was great to have all my children back together again and I just wanted to say thank you so much for organising it all.
Their experience flying with Alliance Airlines was phenomenal travelling to Emerald and back to Brisbane. The staff at both check-in desks were absolutely fantastic to deal with and were so accommodating with all his filming equipment so thank you for this amazing opportunity. I will certainly be recommending Alliance to everyone.
Even though I fly weekly, I get very nervous during turbulence. Both of the flight attendants on duty were absolutely lovely but Dani noticed I was a little nervous and stopped to talk to me and reassure me. Even at 31 years old, a little reassurance is always appreciated! So I just wanted to pass on my thanks and let you know how wonderful your staff members are. I truly appreciated her kind and thoughtful gesture.
I would like to commend the two Flight Attendants on this flight. The two young ladies handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and competency. The manner, in which they calmly controlled the obviously stressful situation, was very reassuring for the patient as well as for all other passengers. They are truly an asset and excellent ambassadors for Alliance. They can be really proud of themselves.
Your flight team here in Australia was wonderful and accommodating yesterday and most importantly informative as they kept us updated on our progress prior to take off.
Hi Alliance, I would like to pass on my experiences on the BNE-EMD flight this morning. Not far to walk from Air Bridge to plane, pleasant staff, good service, nice breakfast, comfy seats, and clean plane. Keep up the flights and the service.
