Travelling with infants
Bookings for infants must be made at the same time as an adult.
Infants are classified as under the age of 2 years and have not yet reached their second birthday, and may travel free of charge when travelling on an adult’s lap.
The parent or guardian must be aware that:

No seat is allocated to an infant;
- Bassinet facilities are not available on Alliance aircraft;
- One infant permitted per adult;

Adults travelling with infants are entitled to take an additional carry-on baggage free of charge for essential baby products, as listed below.
- Baby milk, including breast milk
- Sterilised water
- Juice
- Baby food in liquid, gel or paste form
- Disposable wipes

- Pram/stroller
- Portable cot
- Car seat
- Baby capsule

*Adelaide to Olympic Dam (v.v) is limited to two special Infant items due to aircraft type.
